SUPERNOVA 2007ah IN UGC 2931

Further to IAUC 8813, W. Li reports the LOSS/KAIT discovery of an
apparent supernova on unfiltered KAIT images taken on Mar. 6.13 (at mag
17.8) and 8.14 UT (mag 17.5).  The new object is located at R.A. =
4h02m18s.50, Decl. = +25o49'06".8 (equinox 2000.0), which is 0".4 west
and 4".9 north of the center of UGC 2931.  Nothing was visible at this
location on a KAIT image from Feb. 17.19 (limiting mag 19.0).

Host galaxy info: vel = 5747 km/s, 1.0 x 0.9, 14.58, SA(s)c
