BAIT: lst command

NAME

lst - calculates the local sidereal time

SYNOPSIS

lst [ut=hh:mm:ss] [date=dd/mm/yyyy] [help] [midnight]

DESCRIPTION

This program prints out the local sidereal time in hh:mm:ss time. It assumes that the UNIX clock is correct and derives the longitude from the file $HOME_DIR/ ait.config

If the Universal time specified it corresponds to today's date.

OPTIONS

ut=hh:mm:ss - calculates for Universal time of hh:mm:ss

date=dd/mm/yyyy - calculates for universal date specified.

midnight - calculates the lst at local midnight.
