timespan - calculate the amount of time a request file will take
SYNOPSIS
timespan rqsfile
DESCRIPTION
This command calculates the amount of time that a request file ought to take,
based on the total exposure time plus the overhead required to point the
scope, acquire guide stars, etc. Although the real amount of time may be
different, the calculated amount is that used by the list generator
insgen to make up a night's
schedule.
The time required, in seconds, is printed to stdout.
The file ait.config contains the simulator overhead values.
