opened cold head - extremely dirty
cleaned and replaced stage2 and stage3 seals; left stage 1 seal alone
installed HIA-180 with WBA13 #184D (with James Lamb bias tee)

stage3 seal worn through to spring on one side - replaced;
stage2 seal worn very asymmetrically; thickness of plastic is 0.047 to 0.064" - replaced with another used seal in good condition
replaced Scotch yoke bushings with OVRO bushings - no Kap-Seal
bushings on valve clothespins are very stiff - replaced dowel pins on them
