Research

I am interested in high-redshift galaxies and galaxy evolution. In particular, I have focused on studying the kinematics and dust content of star-forming galaxies at z~1.5-2, and how we can interpret these observations.

I am conducting my thesis research with Mariska Kriek. I have worked with the MOSDEF, 3D-HST and MassiveFIRE collaborations on these projects. In particular, I have worked closely with Robert Feldmann and Guillermo Barro.

As an undergrad at Caltech, I worked with Jason Rhodes and Joel Bergé at JPL to use weak gravitational lensing to constrain cosmological parameters (2009-10), and briefly with Fiona Harrison, Kristin Madsen, and the NuSTAR group (2008).
