SUPERNOVA 2004bq IN ESO 597-G32
Further to IAUC 8335, M. Moore and W. Li report the LOSS discovery, on KAIT images taken on May 5.48 and 6.45 UT, of an apparent supernova (mag about 17.3) located at R.A. = 20h43m58s.28, Decl. = -20o40'25".7 (equinox 2000.0), which is 2".9 west and 8".3 north of the nucleus of ESO 597-G32. A KAIT image taken on 2003 Oct. 28.22 UT showed nothing at this position (limiting mag about 19.0).-----------------------------
