SUPERNOVA 2004dc IN IC 1504
Further to IAUC 8361, S. Park and W. Li report the LOSS discovery of an apparent supernova (mag about 19.5) on KAIT images taken on June 29.46 and 30.40 UT. SN 2004dc is located at R.A. = 23h41m18s.47, Decl. = +4o01'06".3 (equinox 2000.0), which is 14".8 west and 3".5 north of the nucleus of IC 1504. A KAIT image taken on 2003 July 1.45 showed nothing at this position (limiting mag about 20.0).-----------------------------
