SUPERNOVA 2008hq IN UGC 3963

Further to CBET 1586, J. Chu, S. B. Cenko, W. Li, and A. V. Filippenko,
University of California, report the LOSS discovery of an apparent supernova
on unfiltered KAIT images:

Additional KAIT magnitudes for 2008hq:  a combined image from Oct. 7 to Nov.
7 UT, [20.0; Nov. 23.52 UT, 19.1; 25.44, 18.9; 28.47, 18.8.  The type-Ia
supernova 2001eo also appeared in UGC 3963 (cf. IAUC 7726).

Host galaxy info: vel =19600 km/s; 1.3 x 0.3; 16.5 ; Sdm:
