This website reflects my time in astronomy as an undergraduate student at UCLA (2009-2013) and Ph.D. student at UC Berkeley (2013-2019). As a graduate student, my research centered around the detection of the Epoch of Reionization, a period of history in the early Universe when light from the first stars and galaxies significantly altered their surrounding environments. Coincidentally, I also share a name with the Carina Nebula), an active birthplace for massive stars.
