Requirements, design of and preliminary results from multi-channel AOSLO Alf Dubra, Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Biomedical Engineering, University of Rochester Eye Institute I will discuss the optical design requirement for imaging with multiple structures with multiple wavelengths simultaneously, then cover the theory we have been working on for reflective ophthalmic AO instruments, and then show the latest human RPE imaging (with the ultra-low light levels, ~5uW), and then some phase imaging data.
