You will be asked for the following information:

  • Login ID
  • Password

You are not required to enter your real name; you are welcome to use a pseudonym. Whatever name you enter will appear on any Discussion Group messages that you post.

Select any login ID and password that you will remember.

The login ID and password may be any combination of letters and numbers; they are case-sensitive, and may be up to 50 characters long.

Security:

If you are using a shared computer (e.g. in the library or campus computer lab), please be sure to close all browser windows before you leave. If you don't close the browser, someone else will be able to enter the discussion as you and post messages under your name.

Privacy:

Any Bulletin Board messages that you post will be listed under the First and Last Names that you entered (rather than your login ID). If you wish your messages to be posted anonymously, please enter a pseudonym rather than your real name.
